Now You Know

If anyone reads this besides me, you may find out what hard things I was alluding to last month.

We thought we had an agreement with our mortgage company, a payment plan that would have been tough but doable. Now it seems it wasn't approved. We had to call several times to finally find out. "Try 10 days before the sale date and you may get approved then." RIGHT.

So I am exploring our options, looking at rentals, talking to Realtors, attorneys, praying a lot more and organizing.

Trying hard not to play the blame game because at this point it won't accomplish much. Its my life, I should have learned a very very long time ago not to depend on ANYONE else for the direction it takes. Its up to me to take responsibility for my life and not depend on or blame anyone else for the results.

I am trying to keep on track with my college class, up to date with my clients at work and beginning a whole new marketing/sales campaign for another associated company. Of course this weekend is my Cookie & Egg Decorating party and Easter is on Sunday.

I still need to clean my carpets and buy the eggs to dye. Buy the food for the sandwiches and snacks I promised when this party was going to be last week. Now that it is so close to Easter I can't really ask for donations of food two days before. That's what Costco is for!

Fine, no mortgage payment. Maybe I can spend a little more on food this week. Oh look, a silver lining:P

So much to do, I am sitting here not doing any of it!!
